We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers and improve delivering service beyond all expectation.
How do you ship packages?
At the moment we have warehouses in North America, Europe and Asia and we ship products from closest warehouse to customer’s address. Packages will be shipped by ePacket, EMS or through USPS depending on the weight or size of the product and the location of the warehouse.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

PROCESSING and SHIPPING
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, processing may take 1-3 business days before shipment is initiated.
US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. Delivery times within the US are typically within 7-15 business days from the date of shipment.
International orders may take 10-21 business days from the ship date to be delivered.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the number of products within your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1-2 business days apart.
OUT OF STOCK / BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items and apologize for the inconvenience.
Our warehouse staff works quickly, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your full name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it is fully processed for shipping. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
